Pathfinder Associates was officially formed in early 2005 but the partnership and relationship of the founders goes back for over 30 years. The enduring professional and personal relationships made the decision to form Pathfinder Associates very easy.
The principal of Pathfinder Associates,
Tony Langton, leads an energized group of
fellow practitioners, who’ve dedicated their efforts in the fields of
rehabilitation to helping people,
agencies, and companies determine the best path toward achieving their
goals.
Our professional paths have led each of us to
find success as university faculty and staff, as practitioners in both
the state-federal vocational rehabilitation program and in private
rehabilitation, as well as in separate consulting venues in the
rehabilitation arena.
We have worked to earn the respect of our peers through participation
in numerous local, regional and national rehabilitation association
activities, and in various leadership roles within those groups.
Collectively our accomplishments have gained recognition on the
state, regional and national stages of organizations which include: the
National Rehabilitation Association, Rehabilitation Engineering and
Assistive Technology Society of North America, UW-Stout, National
Rehabilitation Counselors and Educators Association, Vocational Evaluation & Work
Adjustment Association, State of Wisconsin, and Easter Seal Society of
Wisconsin. Other notable attainments include their
participation in unique rehabilitation experiences throughout the U.S.
as well as in Thailand, Ukraine, Canada and Great Britain.
We selected pathfinders as our name for several reasons. Most
notably this came about from the many times that our paths have crossed
over the years. Our collective experiences, lessons, and successes,
are combined with an invigorating and
upbeat style, in a way that we hope will help your agency or company find just
the right path to
meeting your needs or goals.
